Here at FFS we believe every woman and girl should be given the chance to
shine, to succeed, to thrive. We provide the support, the tools and the
training to make that happen.
 

We create safe, joyful spaces, projects, workshops, events and
programmes, where women and girls can connect and grow. We create
spaces where women and girls feel seen, heard and valued.
 

Many of the women we support face multiple disadvantages or come
from areas of deprivation but at FFS they find a family, and themselves.
 

We run projects that are based around group work and bringing people
together, connecting people with each other and their wider community,
helping to combat isolation and loneliness and disenfranchisement.
 

We boost confidence, build resilience, and develop new skills in a safe
environment, and at FFS we have FUN!
 

We support hundreds of women and girls annually in some of the most
deprived areas of Suffolk. Our programmes are fun and engaging. Our
programmes build skills promote learning and are transformative.
